I have always loved my mothers old embroidered
cushions, so I made some in miniatures, for my
dollshouses.  It was fun to make them, because I
think they really looks like hers did, when I look
at them in the houses

(NatureFootstep) has made for me.

These Potted Plants to hang on the
dollshouse walls is very easy to make.

The potts are made of Fimo clay, and for
the plants I used steelwire,  papertape
and paint. Just put small peaces of tape
on both sides of the wire and use a
scissor to form the leafs as you want
them and then paint them.

Here is some of the small miniatures, that I have
made of Fimo clay for my dollshouses. They are
very easy to make. Just form the clay to what 
you like it to be, and then burn it in your owen. 
The things must not be perfect to  look nice. Fun 
to make.

The towles are made of fabric. The soap, tooth-

paste, tootbrushes and cups are made of Fimo clay.

The toilett-paperholder is made of Fimo, a golden

wire and the paper is real soft paper. The sponge is

a real tiny sponge.

This is a small bowl with an apple, oranges and 

bananasand a bowl with cucumber and tomatos.

This is a cake that we call Dream Cake made of

Fimo clay. The two whisks are made of steel wires

and Fimo for the handles. For the pink one, I used

a spring from an old inkpen. It looks like the whisks

I am using.

Here is some more of the old Swedish Lundby/Lerro
furniture that I really like. Some of these furniture is
very hard to find in nice condition. The paint seems
to have dried on many of the furniture and is partly
falling of.

LUNDBY DOLL´S HOUSE FURNITURE FROM YEAR 1947´s - 1950´s PART 1

I love the "AB Lundby Leksaksfabrik in Lerum",
furnitures from year 1940´s - 1950´s.

This is a little "closer look" at the bedroom 
furniturethat I have in one of my old Lundby 
Doll´s Houses.These are from year 1947 and 
was on the marked forseveral years.

The prints on the textiles was typical 1940´-50´s

patterns that were used in different versions and

colours. Very pretty.

Bed with two small bed tables for the grown ups 

and a dressing table with a stool. 

Two smaller beds, perhaps for the teen-age 

children

Bed får the younger children. The size can bee

changed as the children grow up. Funny.

Here is some different prams, strollers and a bed for doll
house dolls.

This is a little Turtle doll in a wooden bed from the 1950´s. 

Both in scale 1:10. This little doll is one of my favorite dolls.

I think the bed is made in Sweden

This is a plastic baby stroller from the 1950´s. A Jeryco

Product. Scale 1:10

It has metal/rubber wheels. Scale 1:10.

This pram is from the 1990´s so it is not so old. It is

made of metal. I think it still is to find on the dollhouse

market.Scale 1:12.

This little pram is from The Forrest Family dollhouse. 

I think it is cute. Do not know the scale.

HALLUX VALGUS OPERATION BILDER EFTER 17 VECKOR DEL 15

HALLUX VALGUS

17 ½ vecka har gått sedan jag genomgick min
Hallux Valgus operation. Jag visar bilder av
slutresultatet.

Jag fick lite ont i knölen när jag började cykla
för ett tag sedan, men den smärtan försvann
snabbt. Kommer förmodligen att hända sådant
av och till ett tag framöver. Foten svullnar fortfarande 
lite till kvällen, som syns på en av bilderna, men
har full rörlighet åt alla håll. Tycker det känns bra.
Kan nu göra allt jag brukade göra innan operationen.

Har faktiskt gått här hemma i skor med 8 cm höga
klackar och det har känts väldigt bra. Känner
faktiskt ingenting av de skorna. Har ju tränat att
gå på tå, det var nog bra. Annars byter jag ofta om
här hemma, mellan träskor, bad-tofflor och mina
platta ballerinaskor med skoinläggen i. Inläggen 
avlastar tårna väldigt bra. Tror alla byten varit bra
träning.

Kan ha alla mina skor nu, men jag använder mina 
MBT-skor och gymnastikskor väldigt mycket ute.
Båda är sköna att gå i och MBT-skorna ger  bra
motion tycker jag.

Här syns slutresultatet. Tycker det är jättefint.

De här fotona visar hur foten såg ut från början 

och efter operationen. Lite skillnad mot bilderna

ovan.

Tycker det var väl värt en operation. Jag fick ju

inte några svåra smärtor alls. Ömheten i foten och

tyngden när foten svullnade var för mig det som

var värst. Förutom det självklara faktum att man

inte kan gå ordentligt på evigheter. Detta är

faktiskt helt uthärligt.

Nu har det gått 12 ½ vecka sedan Hallux Valgus operationen
och jag kan ta långa promenader och vara igång hela dagar,
utan att foten svullnar mycket. Är dock hela tiden lite tjock på
höjden vid fotknölen och det känns ännu lite skumt i tårna.
Rörligheten är bra. Kan ha nästan alla skor utom högklackade.

Har efter rekommendation av operatören, köpt hålfotsinlägg
med pelott. De fordrar ”tillvänjning”, men det känns att både
hålfötterna och mina tåleder lyfts upp. Har dom i olika skor.
Tåspridare i silikon har jag sedan tidigare. Använder alltid en
till högerfoten och fortfarande en då och då till vänsterfoten för
att utjämna svullnaden under framfoten, plus mot en liten
förhårdnad på vänsterfotens pektå. De vänjer man sig fort vid.
Finns i olika tjocklekar.
