MADE A NEW NURSERY OF A BASKET, FOR A DOLLHOUSE BABY

This room box will be a small nursery.

I found a basket in a shop that looked 
like a room. Could not resist buying it. 

Now I shall furnish it with some white 
furniture I have had for years and make 
many accessories for the room. It will 
be fun.

I printed out the wallpapers on my photo 
printer and used the extra fine specialty 
papers for good pictures, with a good end 
result.

Here I show the childrens unfurnished room. 

I will have to take away some paint stains that 
have ended up on the box.

Now I will make a lot of things for this

"MY MOTHERS HIDDEN MINIATURE TREASURES"

When I started building dollhouses, miniatures
and renovate dollhouses, I discovered that my
mother had a secret drawer where she had
miniatures that she could not resist buying.
One day she gave them to me, so now they
are with me. Some of them in my dollhouses.
Showing some of the little things here.

 "My mothers Hidden miniature treasures".

 This flower basket is very, very old. It is made

of soft tin and is filled with old flowers. This
kind of tin-work is called "Filigran" in Swedish", 
"Filigree" in English. It is so beautiful.

These things I do not know when she got. Some

of the cups are very small.

This is old celluloid dollhouse dolls.

This is a dollhouse doll head made of celluoid.

I keep it as it is.

SHRINKED DOWN MY OWN OIL PAINTINGS TO MINIATURES

Now I have shrinked down my own oil wall paintings
to miniatures. The portrait depicts my sister and the
nursery painting depicts her daughter.

Two parrots on a painting and then it's two other
colorful paintings of our nature. One depicts
autumn and the other depicting a forest fire. 
It was a little bit tricky to get the sizes right.

Have a few other wall pictures too, which are made
with images from children's books. They were the
children's favorite books.Two of those are made
by the children!

More about bathrooms. 

These are very common bathroom from the

1970´s for dollhouses here. They all are

collectors items now. Lundby Bathroom, Europa

Bathroom and Brio Bathroom.

The bathroom in the middle is often sold as Brio.

Anyone can see the differences between these

thre bathrooms, "when looking" at these photos.

The differences on the toilets can be seen on

the photo above

COAT RACK FOR THE HALL, LAUNDRY DRYING RACK FOR THE BATHROOM AND SOME SMALL THINGS

This is a simple copy of a coat rack I saw in the ´
hall in my dentists waiting room.

This drying rack is a copy of the one I had in my

bathroom before I moved. Very funny to make.

Note the "Santa" on the wall that is made

​​of fabric straps.

MANAGE ELETRICITY CABLES IN YOUR DOLLHOUSE THAT HAS SIMPLE ELECTRICITY

An easy way to manage electricity cables
in dollhouses that has simple electricity

If you have a dollhouse with the simplest
electricity, this is an easy way to shorten
and attach cables in the dollhouse
without cutting them, and if needed one
can use some adhesive tack, if the cables
are just hanging down a little.

"Note: You should always be careful with
handling electricity in all its forms."

cables/cords made in the way shown above,

but not very often.

MY GREEN DOLLHOUSE, MY FIRST DOLLHOUSE THAT I DECORATED. (1)

My Green Dollhouse is the first house that I 
worked with. I bought the house unpainted so I
had to paint it, makefloors, do wall-papering and
so on.. I have made a lot of things for this house.

Made the sidetable for the bed, and the bed is

made of wood and fabric, made carpets, I 

changed the fabric on the chairs, made wallplants

and the doll of Fimo clay..

My first family made of Fimo clay and fabric. I had 

never made dolls before when I made these...

The livingroom. Made the dolls and plants of Fimo

clay. The guitar is made of wood  and so on..

Made the doll, the plant, plate holders, the guitar

and so on....

This guitar is made of wood an some dental floss

that i used for the strings.

The floor is mad of wood pieces. Made a lot of
small things for the kitchen. The rug is woven on
a loom for children.

Made a lot of small things here, like dental cream, 

toothbrushes, soaps and toilet paper holder, 

towel holder and so on .....

"A friend asked questions about my mini-mini 
doll house, so I publish this dolls-dollhouse once more
in a special post and add another photo."

Made this little red mini-miniature Doll House, for
one of my Doll-house dolls in my "Rose House" =
pink house. As you can see, I have made this house
in a childish way.

I made this little house of wood and I painted the
outside and then I hanged small wallpaper inside. I
made all the small furniture of wood and fimo and
they are glued into the house. The size is 3,5x2,5x6
cm. It is rather easy to build it.

I bought me a new bathroom that is in scale 1:12.
I've been looking  for this type of tub for some time,
because I'm pretty tired of the old type. Now I will
make a change of one of my dollhouse bathrooms
entirely, but I will only use the bathtub, sink and
mirror. I think the toilet looks too old fashioned. I
will save it for another time. Now I have to give
some thought to how I want the bathroom to look
like.
