OUR "KING AND QUEEN" VISITED KATRINEHOLM SEPTEMEBER 2013.

Hello! We have had a pleasant visit of our 
royal couple our "King and Queen" here in 
Katrineholm Wednesday last week. They were 
here for quite some time and the King gave a 
speech in our City Park.

Think everyone was there, it was incredibly 
crowded. Managed to take some photos of 
more or less good quality, because it was so 
crowded, sunny and shady. Glad so many 
people came to welcome the royal couple.

* Summer is almost over and I have not done 
much miniatures. I see that some of you have 
worked hard and done many fine things. You 
are so talented. So fun to see your work. *

We have a very warm and beautiful summer

It has been a little to hot to work a lot with 
miniatures but I have done some small things 
that I will show later on. Hope everybody is well.

MAGNOLIA FLOWERS AND LEARN HOW TO CELEBRATE A SWEDISH MIDSUMMER.

On Friday, we celebrate Midsummer here in 
Sweden. It is the day of the year, when we have 
the longest daylight

This is just a little post with some flowers and a 
video of Common ways to celebrate this fun 
tradition.

Midsummer here in Sweden. 

SOME SIGNS THAT SPRING IS FINALLY ON ITS WAY

This is about other things in life!

Here in Sweden, we now know that spring is on the
way. Took some photos that I show. It's great that
the days are a little longer now, but it's still gets dark
in just a few minutes. We still have a lot of snow, but
the sun will melt it soon I hope. We have not had so
many sunny days this winter, so now I taken photos
of the sun.

Sunset. Just a moment after this photo was taken,

it was dark.  I will never get tired of this. The colors

are allways amazing and changing.

A LITTLE "HOUSE SPARROW" BABY ON MY WINDOWSILL

The little Sparrow who lives on my roof has
been gone all winter, but today she came 
home again.
She sat up there and sang in the sunshine. 
Welcome home, I say. But it is not spring yet...

*One time I was babysitting for one of the 
kids to thislittle House Sparrow who lives on 
top of my roof intothe gutter.

She was "flight training" her baby and 
apparently hadsome errands to run, so she left 
it on my windowsill for a whole quarter.

It sat there and watched me and was so cute, 
so Ipicked up the camera. Here are pictures 
of the kid ... Tree photos in one... *

This year we have a long, cold white winter.

It has been snowing a lot and I show some

photos here. Today it's 18c degrees cold

IT IS A WINTER BLIZZARD OUT THERE

Photos from my windows this morning. The weather
is worse now, because there is a "snow-blizzard"
out there. We would have gone out for dinner at a
restaurant but now it is Cancelled ... grrrrr)

About dolls and dollshouses

Skulle hämta en tågtidtabell på stationen 
häromdagen. Då visade det sig att SJ har 
tagit bort dom, så det finns inga fick-
tidtabeller eller andra tabeller längre. 
"Alla" måste ha och klara av att sköta en 
dator nu, för att få reda på tider. Alternativt 
sitta i telefonkö i ca 45 minuter. Hå, hå ja, ja 
vad trist. Det är många "mattor" som dras 
undan för folk nu för tiden. En dam som 
arbetar på mitt apotek var lika grinig som jag 
på detta, när hon dagen innan hade försökt 
få en tidtabell till E-tuna. Många pendlar ju till 
städerna runt omkring här.

SJ vill tydligen inte ha några spontan-resande 
resenärer, eller inte andra heller verkar det 
som. Det som var så bra att ha deras tabeller 
i fickformatet. SUCK!....

På en del stationer kan man ju inte ens köpa 
biljetter längre. T.ex. i Södertälje. De som 
bor där måste köpa via nätet, via telefon?, 
eller åka uppåt Stockholm för att få tag i 
biljetter, fast det finns en tågstation där.

"Undrar vad nästa besparing blir: Skall de 
kanske ta bort tågen??" Då sparar de ju 
"verkligen" en hacka........ Då kan vi stå där 
på stationerna i evighet och snopet stirra på 
spåren.

Now the summer is gone and the autumn has 
arrived.

Today we have changed the clock, in to 
wintertime again (our real time). That means 
that we have to
get up and start the day, one hour later in the 
morning.

This day ended in a "stunning" sunset that I 
"tried" to catch with my camera, but it was 
rather dark outsideso this is what came out ....
Not the best photos, but I publish them anyway, 
because I like the colours.........

Now the summer has left us, but I have taken 
photos of my town Katrineholm in Sweden, so 
I can remeber it well.  This town is well known 
for all the flowers, that can be seen everywhere 
in the city.
