When I started building dollhouses, miniatures and renovate dollhouses, I discovered that my mother had a secret drawer where she had miniatures that she could not resist buying. One day she gave them to me, so now they are with me. Some of them in my dollhouses. Showing some of the little things here.
"My mothers Hidden miniature treasures".
This flower basket is very, very old. It is made
of soft tin and is filled with old flowers. This kind of tin-work is called "Filigran" in Swedish", "Filigree" in English. It is so beautiful.
One more photo of the flower basket made of

These things I do not know when she got. Some
of the cups are very small.

This is a post about other things in life! Houseplant.
I planted a new houseplant "Princess of the Night". Nattens Prinsessa, (S. pteranthus) a while ago. It only took a few weeks for it to grow up as in the first photo.
I had another one for many years that also bloomed and I've missed it, so now I am happy and hope this will be just as nice.
This is my new plant of "Princess of the Night".

Today it looks like this. Just took the photo. This is
only a few weeks later than the photo above

Here in Sweden, we now know that spring is on the way. Took some photos that I show. It's great that the days are a little longer now, but it's still gets dark in just a few minutes. We still have a lot of snow, but the sun will melt it soon I hope. We have not hadso manysunny daysthis winter, so now I taken photos of the sun.
A photo of some Pussy Willows.
Tried to Catch the sun. Not easy, but here it is.
Tried to Catch the sun. Here it is.
Sunset. Just a moment after this photo was taken,
it was dark. I will never get tired of this. The colors
are allways amazing and changing.

Now I have shrinked down my own oil wall paintings to miniatures. The portrait depicts my sister and the nursery painting depicts her daughter. Two parrots on a painting and then it's two other colorful paintings of our nature. One depicts autumn and the other depicting a forest fire. It was a little bit tricky to get the sizesright.
Have a few other wall pictures too, which are made with images from children's books. They were the children's favorite books. Two of those are made by the children!
