I planted a new houseplant "Princess of the Night".
Nattens Prinsessa, (S. pteranthus) a while ago. It
only took a few weeks for it to grow up as in the
first photo.

I had another one for many years that also
bloomed and I've missed it, so now I am happy
and hope this will be just as nice.

This is my new plant of "Princess of the Night".

old seedlings. It's fun when it still decides 
to show me flowers.

I love unusual flowers, this is an amazing flower. 
We usually make sure to get together when it's 
time for the flower to bloom. It blooms only a 
few hours at night, ones a year.

Here in Sweden, almost all people has flowers on 
the window benches in all their rooms. I do not 
know if this is the case in other countries.

THE HOUSEPLANTS  NAME IS:
"Aeschynanthus Radicans", and "Ampelfackla" 
In Swedish. Soon there will be red flowers in 
the "trumpet-lipstick holders".

DESCRIPTION:
Aeschynanthus Radicans, Lipstick Plant", is an 
epiphyte that grows in the angles of branches 
in the rain forest. As with all epiphytes, the 
lipstick plant does not live as a parasite on the 
tree, but takes its nourishment from fallen 
leaves and twigs that accumulate in the 
crevices of branches. It is native to the
Malaysian peninsula. ☀

I found the name of the houseplant:  Aeschynanthus Radicans,
in Swedish "Ampelfackla".

I would be grateful if anyone knows the name of this
houseplant. I can not find even a picture of it, on the
Internet and nobody I know here can help.

It has trumpet-shaped very dark red / purple flowers

and each little flower is bright red inside. Please look
at the attached photo......

Good morning.

This morning the temperature outside

was -8 C. To bad that I do not like
wintertime.

Now when I am on the go to unpack

my Dollhouses I found my Ball Chair

that I think is so fantastic. It is in scale

1/12. I really like it. Hope to find some

more of this style. The original Ball Chair

was made by Eero Aarnio 1963 and now also 

sold as miniatures by different miniature 

companies.....

My Amaryllis is so beautifull to look at.

One of the favorite Christmas flowers.
