This is Homer Simpson but he look like Adamson.....

Translated from the artickle: The series is certainly
taken from an Icelandic newspaper - but cartoonist,
Oscar Jakobsson, is actually Swedish. He started
drawing the figure called "Adamson" in 1920 until
his death 1945th Dane Viggo Ludvigsen continued
to subscribe Adamsonuntil the 1964th.

I can see the resemblance but Homer Simpson is definitely American.
